All sales are final. Dominus Research Labs does not offer refunds under any circumstances.

No Returns

We do not accept returns on any products. Due to the nature of research compounds, items cannot be sent back or reused once shipped.

Product Replacement Only

The only resolution offered is product replacement, and only if a valid shipping claim is filed and approved with the carrier.

Shipping Claim Requirement

If your package is lost, damaged, or arrives in compromised condition, you must file a claim directly with the carrier.

Once the carrier has completed its investigation and confirms the issue, we will ship a one-time replacement of the affected item(s).
